Shipping & returns

Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days. Shipping starts from LE 60 and is calculated at checkout based on your address. You can pay by card or in cash on delivery.

When your parcel arrives, you are welcome to open it and try the item on while the courier waits. If the colour or fabric is not what you wanted, you can exchange or return it with the courier right there — that way you avoid paying for delivery twice.

If you decide after the courier has left, you can still request an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving your order. Items should be unworn and in their original condition. In this case the shipping cost is deducted from your refund, and we process requests within 7 days of receiving the item back.
