Know your fabric

We make our scarves in seven fabrics, and each one behaves differently on the head. Modal is soft, matte and breathable — the everyday choice. Lycra stretches and grips, so it stays in place through a workout or a long day. Cotton is light and cool, and washes easily. Crinkle chiffon adds texture and volume with very little weight; crepe chiffon is smoother and drapes closer to the face; messy chiffon is the most relaxed of the three, with a lived-in, tousled finish. Organza is sheer and crisp, made for occasions rather than the daily commute.

The table below compares them side by side — weight, sheerness, stretch, grip, and how each one likes to be cared for — so you can pick by how you actually wear your scarf, not just by colour.
